Website information
Legal information & privacy.
How this preview handles legal information, enquiries and browser data.
General legal information
The articles, case notes, guides and interactive roadmap provide introductory information, not advice on an individual estate. Facts, applicable law and procedural requirements must be assessed for the particular matter. Reading this website, preparing a roadmap or sending an initial enquiry does not create a lawyer-client relationship or confirm that the firm can act.
Interactive roadmap
The roadmap organises answers into possible priorities, documents and questions. It does not calculate inheritance shares, determine entitlement or decide which country’s law applies. Answers are processed in the browser and are not submitted to MS Lawyers. Printing is controlled by the visitor’s browser.
Legal review status
This is a private, noindex preview. Original editorial material, Greek interface wording and case summaries require approval by a Cyprus lawyer before public launch. Dates show when sources were checked; they are not a guarantee that the law has remained unchanged.
Enquiries and personal information
The enquiry form prepares a message in the visitor’s own email application. The website does not submit the form to a server or store its contents. If the visitor sends that email, the recipient and the visitor’s email provider process the information. Visitors should not include original documents, identity numbers, bank details, medical information or other sensitive material in an initial message. A secure sharing method can be agreed with the office if needed.
Browser storage
Interactive checklist ticks and the roadmap language preference may be saved in the visitor’s browser on that device. They are not sent to MS Lawyers. Search, filters and family-tree controls also run in the browser. This preview has no first-party analytics or account system.
Google Maps and external websites
The contact page embeds Google Maps, which connects to Google when the map loads and may process request information or use cookies under Google’s policies. CyLaw, EU, government and MS Lawyers links open external services governed by their own terms and privacy information.
Production notice required
Before launch, the privacy notice must be approved against the final domain, hosting, enquiry handling, analytics and cookie choices. Noindex protection should be removed only after that approval and a final legal-content review.
